The Retail Connection and Shelley Taylor are by far the most unprofessional group of individuals I’ve experienced. Horrible company. I've been trying to reach the listing agent for a property in North Texas for the past 3 weeks. This space has been vacant for over 8 years. Now I see why! These people go and put up their for lease signs, but never return email, phone calls, or texts. When you see this companies sign on any building, stay away. They will not call you back. It's mind boggling.
Thad is probably the most unprofessional inconsiderate "vice president" I've ever spoke to. That's saying a lot. I work with over 300 owners and VP's across the U.S. Not sure how they are in business. I couldn't even get to the application process before this rude guy ruined the deal.
