Lydia Shen is a professional that is skilled in healing and restoring individuals. I had the pleasure of working with her, and in 8 weeks I have obtained resources to cope with life after trauma that had me feeling trapped. My husband and I began seeing Lydia for pre-marriage counseling and continued counseling through the early years of marriage.
