My friend and I chose Charleston for a girl’s trip. Staying at the Restoration Hotel was such a great choice! The location is superb! Walkability is so convenient at this location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pillows were awesome, which is a huge win when staying at a hotel! Wine/cheese hour in the library is such a sweet treat! Starting with the positive: the rooftop restaurant and even the service in the restaurant were phenomenal. We ate lunch there twice and enjoyed the cocktails and the fare making different choices each trip! Unfortunately that is mainly where highlights ended. The big let downs were that at check in we waited for 15+ minutes while staff walked by and eventually the valet started checking us into our room. We enjoyed our stay at the Restoration during our trip to Charleston. The room was comfortable and the pool on the 5th floor was relaxing with great views. The staff were incredibly friendly with great recommendations for our 1st time in Charleston. A+ location as everything you'd want to see and visit wasn't more than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!
