Came for our baby moon at 32W pregnant and nothing disappointed! Matthew was fantastic at setting everything up and providing excellent accommodations. It was in a beautiful location with tons of amenities. We really enjoyed coming here and would recommend for anyone looking to get a slow get away before baby
There is no where else to consider when staying in Charleston. The front desk concierge Matthew is outstanding. He goes above and beyond. All the amenities and location make this the perfect choice.
We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The service and rooms were amazing. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because I called a week ahead to let them know that I booked a one Bedroom Residence for me and my sister for her bachelorette weekend, and I asked if they could do anything for her and also make sure there were cups and champagne flutes in the room, because the group would be meeting in our room. My husband & I recently stayed for 3 nights with our 5 month old and we were blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness, amenities & perks of this hotel. Our King suite was perfect for us, with a kitchenette and living area to set up the pack & play for our baby that they kindly provided to us.
