I have to say I’m so impressed with this hotel. I have been to Charleston 5 times and this was my first time there and from now on I will be staying here when visiting the city. From the breakfast basket every morning to the complimentary happy hour at 5pm with charcuterie board and fresh chilled wine. It’s quiet, modern, luxurious, clean and very spacious rooms. Very poor service from the whole office personnel. Valet dented our car and still have yet to hear back from Mr. Bennett as everyone says he is the only one who can talk about the case. Yet he has never returned a phone call or email in a month. Bathroom shower was clogged and kept backing water up in the shower. Asked the front desk to have someone look at it for two days and never once did anyone come look at it. Terrible service by a company who says southern hospitality is their number one purpose. My new favorite hotel in Charleston! Mathew at the front desk was welcoming with great suggestions. The room was beautifully designed and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave—but the central location made exploring easy. Loved the hidden gem sandwich shop next door (westside), and the in-room coffee, drinks, and filtered water were a nice touch. Far superior to a standard hotel. Highly recommend—don’t hesitate, book it!
