No call no showed after talking on the phone the previous day to have someone come out and give an estimate for a repair. I had to call them to remind them of their appointment at which point they admitted to forgetting about me.

Amazing Team
I experienced a flood in my basement due to an egress drain backup, and Restoration Doctor came to the rescue the very same day. Their crew arrived fully equipped with dehumidifiers and fans, worked quickly, and were extremely friendly and responsive throughout the process. They even identified and cut out sections of drywall where there was mold, making sure everything was handled thoroughly. Definitely a reliable company — I feel confident referring them to many others.
