I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms are only cleaned by request before 1 p.m. but they advised such upon check in. All of the elevators went out during our stay and I think they could have handled that better. There was no announcement or communication. We stood waiting fir an elevator on the 8th floor for 10 minutes before a hotel employer advised they were out and took us to the freight elevator.
I'm a non-stop returner.

Would never stay here again!!! You cannot call the front desk at all to ask questions; you get 500 prompts and no one ever picks up. The rooms are mediocre at best. No hot water for a shower, and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. There is nothing special about this Hotel. One of the Elevators is broken, and parking is outrageous! Literally wouldn’t stay here again if it was totally free
