Great location. GREAT staff working breakfast & room service. One star off because the water pressure is absolutely terrible and the tv in the room is not a smart tv, which I feel like is a basic amenity these days.
Old hotel with dated fixtures and dingy carpet . Lobby is nice but rooms are very far from 4 star as advertised. Rooms are more in line with a Days Inn or Ramada
I just stayed here for the weekend. My husband got a bloody nose in middle of night. They made the bed with the blood on the sheets. I went to desk and asked them to fix it. 6 hours later they came while we were back and taking a shower to go out. I said can you come back in 5 minutes. They never came back. They do t give you toilet paper, or wash cloths. The next night no one came in to make up the bed. So three days of blood in sheets! Very disappointing for the price!
My stay was perfect! All services were great and all of the people that worked at this hotel were super nice and seemed happy at work. My room was very clean and all of the food was so good. Special thank you to Adrian in valet for helping me with my car and going above and beyond.
