Fabulous!
Stayed here Labor Day weekend for 3 nights. Hotels is nice. My issue is we found 3 roaches in our room, when I went to the lobby he apologize and gave us another room then said I would received money off or some type of credit for having a bugs in my room. I checked out 9/1 around 2am no one was at the front desk for me to ask about the credit.
This is my second home away from home. Accommodation A+, staff A+, bed triple A + food A+ just wonderful
I was excited about the hotel and it’s perfect location. However, I was disappointed with the staff at the reception. The female receptionist was not polite or friendly and spoke with tension. When I asked her if breakfast was included, she even did not look it up and just said, “No”. Fortunately, the male receptionist helped me by checking and confirming that I did have breakfast included.
