Would never stay here again!!! You cannot call the front desk at all to ask questions; you get 500 prompts and no one ever picks up. The rooms are mediocre at best. No hot water for a shower, and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. There is nothing special about this Hotel. One of the Elevators is broken, and parking is outrageous! Literally wouldn’t stay here again if it was totally free

NOT a good place for a large convention. Were ill prepared and facilities are not equipped to handle a large 1000+ convention. Two of the four elevators were inoperable making catching an elevator on the 24 floor building virtually impossible … especially if you were in the middle floors. The. Each person had to use a key card individually to enter the floor desired making it awful. Says there are four dining establishments but only the bar was open first night.
