⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last week, I attended a work conference at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, where I was scheduled to present on Thursday. When I arrived in the presentation room, I quickly realized the setup wasn’t ideal for a virtual session, small group discussions, and interactive activities. Two hotel team members were finalizing preparations, and I asked if they could help me with a couple of additional tables and tablecloths. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I was there for a conference being hosted in the hotel. There was one older Black lady(I can't remember her name) at the front desk that was really nice and super helpful. She gave us some great food recommendations! There was one shuttle driver that was also really nice and helpful. But there are two front desk people, male and female that were not very friendly, almost rude.
