Takes them forever to fix anything, some things just never get repaired, very slow unprofessional customer service, rain leaks into apartment, issue with roaches for the entire 3 months I've been here, trash everywhere, too many kids, dumpsters are always gross, stray cats everywhere, just really trashy. If you don't mind harassing them to be able to get things taken care of move here for the cheap rent and set your own pest control....
