absolutely beautiful up here and the resort is definitely one of the nicest ones we have been too
We absolutely love WorkdMark and Seaside, but are getting tired of the relentless attempts by Sales to upsell under the guise of Owner Updates. The latest happened today. One of their employees stopped by our room to set up an appointment to discuss the new WorkdMark “experience”. He acknowledged problems with the past process and seemed to genuinely want our opinion. The beach is at your front door and the interesting shops and eateries are just a few steps down Broadway.
Lured in for a high pressure sales pitch that went on for hours. Full of lies and hidden expenses. Thank god for the rescission laws. Worldmark is a huge rip off! Thanks for ruining our last day in Seaside. If they offer you gifts to take a tour run!!!!!!
It was perfect. When we first got there, our door lock was broken. The staff was able to get us in our room in no time and maintenance came and replaced the whole lock. There is everything you need in these rooms! We were on our honeymoon and the hotel arranged goodies for us from our family. The only thing that kind of sucked, but didn't effect our stay is that there in no real breakfast in the building; there are 1 or 2 restaurants that serve breakfast in the area. Nice place and nice view.
Fans didn’t work in our room. Called maintenance but they never showed up. Counters in kitchen were all lifted. Arms on couch and chairs were filthy. Won’t stay there again.
Great room just need to move fireplace that blocks half the view of the ocean. Right out the door and you are on the sand and walking distance to lots of Shops, great food and the Aquarium. We stayed a full week and the staff where all very helpful and nice . Diffently will be coming back to this location again.
