Justin is amazing!! Not only is he an incredible healer, he also taught me several exercises that I can do on my own time. He taught me how to take control over my own pain rather than relying on external forces to fix everything for me. He taught me how to be more mindful of my body and several mental practices as well. Just a few sessions and I feel so much better! I am so grateful. Justin is very knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough!
I was experiencing anxiety and insomnia when I began treatment with Justin and am so grateful for his healing practice.
