My husband and I have lived here for about a year now and love it! It has the best gym we have ever had in an apartment and it is currently under renovation and expected to have some new equipment soon. Our A/C unit stopped working July 4th weekend as we were leaving town. Charlene made sure to have someone come in and fix the unit ASAP and offered accommodations if needed. I walked in to get some information today since I am planning on moving soon and Charlene was so kind and helpful! She answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy when I told her my timeline for moving! It’s was a great experience
*DO NOT MOVE HERE* I lived here for over year & here's what I experienced: - infested with cockroaches. The hallways, the pool, the fire pit. Everywhere. - VERY unprofessional staff in the leasing office (rpm living). They hate their jobs & it shows. 0 communication. - they stole my security deposit - they haven't cleaned the gym not one time since I've lived here.
I tried renting from them but there is absolutely no communication. I tried calling, texting, and emailing. This is not a good way to run a business. Frankly, it's rude. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with non-communicative individuals. To be clear, I reached out over 20 time over the past week.
