Great place to live. In the center of everything it feels like. restaurants, amazing shopping, you name it. Interiors are head to floor windows overlooking high street and beautiful touches throughout. High ceilings, doors, spacious feeling.
Could easily be a 4.5 rating. However, this location is plagued at the moment by kids who rev their engines as high as they can and race down the street. The so called courtesy officers might as well be potted plants because they were doing it for an hour the other night. Their answer was theres nothing they can do. Perhaps a solution should be expected when such an obnoxious and harrassing thing occurs in this complex so frequently. Someone one day could also get hurt. Its totally crazy.

Thought about coming back after breaking my lease with greystar The manager there was hands down the worst manager of over 30 years of apartment living Leave multiple messages to lease an apartment Not 1 return call Over a dozen calls to the property No body answers the phone So i ended up leasing somewhere else Seems no changes with new management
