*DO NOT MOVE HERE* I lived here for over year & here's what I experienced: - infested with cockroaches. The hallways, the pool, the fire pit. Everywhere. - VERY unprofessional staff in the leasing office (rpm living). They hate their jobs & it shows. 0 communication. - they stole my security deposit - they haven't cleaned the gym not one time since I've lived here.
I tried renting from them but there is absolutely no communication. I tried calling, texting, and emailing. This is not a good way to run a business. Frankly, it's rude. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with non-communicative individuals. To be clear, I reached out over 20 time over the past week.
Good luck getting in contact with anyone.
Great place to live. In the center of everything it feels like. restaurants, amazing shopping, you name it. Interiors are head to floor windows overlooking high street and beautiful touches throughout. High ceilings, doors, spacious feeling.
