RecommendedWe have enoyed living at The Residences of Wilmette since 2008. It is located close to Wilmette shops, restaurants, Post Office and Library. The staff has always been friendly and responsive. The building is well maintained and we have been impressed with the extra cleaning during COVID-19.
We were only here for 4 months while our house was being completed. Who knew that we would be confined to our apartment almost the entire time due the pandemic! Fortunately, the apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Ben and Mike were helpful with anything we needed.Unfortunately we were not able to use any of the common spaces, except for the grill, but they all looked great.
What happened to the apartments that were voted to become lower income housing!
I'm so excited to see the next reveal. This is such a great addition to downtown Wilmette. Walking distance to a great Saturday market, the train, restaurants, the library, post office and so much more.
