I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to do so this time. I was looking to lease an apartment in this complex pretty soon. My initial experience was great, but the experience afterward is where I have a problem. I applied for the apartment about 3-4 weeks ago after being told that as long as I had proof of payment for something on my rental history, I should be fine. However, it didn’t turn out that way. Living here has been extremely frustrating — I honestly feel stuck, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. 1. You’re basically forced to stay, because if you move out, they charge you for the most ridiculous things — fees that make it hard to leave without losing money. 2. The pool is always dirty and rarely available. It’s closed on Sundays (the one day many people are free), and the opening hours seem to be made only for people who don’t work.
