We were one of the first residents to move into this fantastic building in 2019! 6 years later, I'm not sure why we would move! The staff is proactive and responsive - the front desk keeps all things flowing easily and our neighbors are the BEST! You can get as involved or not, depending on how social you desire to be in your world. Between fire pit nights, pool parties, "family" dinners at the grill, puppy park gatherings, it's HOME. How we found this place is a blessing in every way!
For 3 1/2 years as a residents, we’ve been very pleased with the building, amenities, and the service of a great staff.
I've had a chance to live in several communities, and this is my best experience by far. The residents of Addison and Clark are super welcoming and gather for social functions throughout the year. Oliver and his staff are the absolute best, and I am so thankful to call AC home.
I moved to The Residencies at Addison and Clark about 10 months ago and have absolutely loved living here. Management, maintenance, and the amazing front desk staff all do a great job at maintaining the property and making it feel like home. The location is amazing being only steps away from Wrigley, the lake front, the redline, and all of the bars and restaurants the neighborhood has to offer.
