Wow!!!🤩 The property manager ,KIM was prompt and fast to respond.She deserve a PROMOTION and a RAISE.New residents were registered on the same day which was very helpful to them because it can be very stressful moving in and reserving the service elevator.Some other condominiums takes 2 days or 1 week to respond. Marlon ,the concierge was very accommodating as well.No wonder my clients want this condo compared to the other new condominium buildings in Yonge and Bloor.I will for sure recommend this building to my clients in ... read more
Unsafe driveway.
Nice building and great area
One of the older white gentlemen working at the front desk of this building has acted in a way that gives me strong reason to suspect he is a racist. At the time, my friend and I were quietly sitting in the seating area in front of the elevators on the ground floor, doing nothing but waiting for a friend who lives in the condo to come down and meet us. Please note, the place where we were sitting and waiting is not the front desk lobby of the residential area upstairs but the elevator lobby on the ground floor. There is a Go... read more
Fantastic building - I’m so glad I bought here about 6 years ago. The change has been amazing and the Board really seems to know what they are doing. The management, concierge (Andrew, David, Robert) are all amazing. The maintenance manager is so helpful (Abel) and the best part is I don’t have to go outside in winter as all of Yorkville is connected underground. Highly recommend.
