Can't beat the convenience / location. Overall well maintained and excellent concierge staff.
Nice place close to downtown and they have their own GoodLife gym in the building.
Wow!!!🤩 The property manager ,KIM was prompt and fast to respond.She deserve a PROMOTION and a RAISE.New residents were registered on the same day which was very helpful to them because it can be very stressful moving in and reserving the service elevator.Some other condominiums takes 2 days or 1 week to respond. Marlon ,the concierge was very accommodating as well.No wonder my clients want this condo compared to the other new condominium buildings in Yonge and Bloor.I will for sure recommend this building to my clients in ... read more
