Great property, great price! My experience here was overwhelmingly positive! I moved out to Massachusetts and picked this apartment online because it was the best price, and it deserves the great ratings it has on every apartment rating website. Maintenance was very efficient--one time my hot water heater was broken and they rushed to fix it by the end of the day, even though I forgot to submit my request until late. The Residences at Westborough Station We are retired and wanted to downsize from a large home to an apartment, where others could take care of maintenance inside and outside. Nervously we looked at many apartments and very happily settled here. The 2 bdrm apt. is very spacious with a balcony that looks out to beautiful trees. We have 2 full baths and the best part is 2 huge walk-in closets! The apt. also comes with a washer and dryer and a gas stove. We had a great time living in this place.. These apartments are spacious, friendly neighborhood, calm and peaceful close to the nature. Maintenance is awesome.
