I was reading a review on here that there was a guy breaking into cars. This is true!! someone put up flyers around the apartment describing the car thief and management apparently took the flyers down. It's hard to sleep at night and feel safe until we know something was done about this guy. I've known about 4 or 5 people who had their cars broken into in Lakeside, the View apartments. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Due to an ongoing IT issue on their end which I have been patient about, my security deposit refund still has not been processed. It has been over 70 days since I moved out and despite multiple attempts to reach them by phone and email, I’ve received no response to any emails or voicemails left. I recently moved from these apartments because of a guy in Apt 418 in lakeside apartments breaking in ppl’s cars and stealing anything that even looks like it would be worth anything . I emailed the office but I didn’t get a response I’m not sure if they sent it to the Cobb County Police department or not, they say they have surveillance but evidently nobody’s checking or looking at the cameras.
