As a passerbyer looks like a nice place, not sure much about the details but one of my old classmates lives here and loves it. The village is pretty nice and theres a lot of stores and bars for the students.
Terrible service false promises and refusal to make it right constant issues with higher managment and not kept to the standards that are advertised
My son just signed a lease for Fall 2026 and we received great customer service. The team on site answered all of our questions in person, over the phone and via email. Special call out to Kelton who made the process easy and ensured my son and his roommate got everything they needed taken care of just days before Christmas.
The prices are a tad steep but if you are going to live off campus and can afford it; go here. It was nice. Lots of room, chill staff, close to the school, shops, and less than 2-3 miles from Target.
I moved in this week! The room was a bit dirty and missing the desk chair but I reported it right away and it was fixed! Everything else has been great! Edit: I’m editing my review due to poor service. We get charged an extra $100 for a telecom fee after paying an insanely high rent just for the wifi to be constantly down and not working. When I read reviews for UV last year almost every review mentioned poor wifi and it STILL hasn’t been fixed? I’m not sure where this rent or these random charges are going.
