We had an outstanding experience working with Paige to resolve our lease concerns and issues. From our first interaction, she was incredibly professional and attentive, taking time to understand our concerns fully. Paige provided clear explanations and options, which made everything much easier to navigate. Her quick responses and proactive approach made us feel supported every step of the way. We can't thank her enough for her help—she truly went above and beyond.
Unsafe, especially for young women, poorly run, overpriced, property and amenities are not kept up with. If you prioritize your safety, wellbeing, and happiness, steer clear of this place.

This is one of the best off campus housing options. With it being walking distance to campus and having University shops super close by. It’s a great option for new students to the area.
