you pay a ton of money for average apartments where maintenance lets themselves into your home whenever they please. such a violation of privacy, and it’s always something. they even pretended to be doing maintenance sweeps once but instead they checked bedrooms for pets and tagged hundreds of dollars onto a bunch of people’s rent. they also just random issues they refuse to fix like how the sprinklers spray onto the sidewalk and drown it constantly. the good thing is that it feels much safer than like the reef or coastal fo... read more
Living at UV has been an incredible experience. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that truly enhance student life. I’ve been especially impressed with the maintenance team—any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded the same day or early the next morning. The staff is always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. I feel so lucky to call UV home and plan to stay here for the rest of my time at FGCU!
My sister lives here and has not had WiFi for 12 days now. You would think since it’s a college housing complex they would try to assist and fix it quickly to ensure she can complete her school work but it’s been quite the opposite. There has been numerous excuses as to why it can’t be fixed and 0 effort placed by the UV staff or the company they “hired.” I would NOT recommend living here by any means!! It’s INSANELY overpriced and there’s so many other great places around with way better management.
We provide night time security to university village. It's really a nice, secure, well kept, off campus student housing community.
