Not a good start.
Arlene Then was an absolute angel in the process of getting our apartment! She takes all the time necessary to explain everything and is the reason I went with the apartment. She is amazing and was so thoughtful the entire time .
The Residences at Thesis offers an ideal off-campus living option for UM students. In fact, many of the occupants are UM undergraduate and professional students so the feel is very collegiate. The building is beautiful, clean, quiet and well maintained. There are excellent lobby and front desk staff who help ensure resident comfort and safety. This is my third review of The Thesis Residences in Coral Gables. My first 5-star review was related to the application and lease process two years ago. The team in the management office was top-notch and it has stayed that way over the two years my daughter has been living there. My second review was midway through, again, a 5-star review. The apartments are beautiful, I am a proud new member of the community. And their leasing office is super professional and helpful. Abigail and Arlene were very courteous and really went out of their way to help me find my beautiful new home. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a new home in the area!
