I recently moved into this complex and overall, it’s been a positive experience so far. The units themselves are very nice, renovated interiors with tall ceilings, spacious balconies, and a modern feel. However, the hallway carpets throughout the building are noticeably dirty and could use a deep cleaning. Move-in day was a bit rocky. I had no complaints at all living here. I was little nervous on how the new management will turn out to be but they were very helpful in our move-out process, the communication was prompt. Their maintenance team is a top notch, very friendly and diligent. Miss our balcony, the visiting birds and the prettiest sunset view that came with it.

Don't waste your money! Aesthetically pleasing, absolutely. Front office staff rarely responds. Little to no information when it comes to moving in or out. The cost of rent is far too high for how thin the walls are. The bathroom vent and dishwasher sound like they're blasting off to space. Their package/mail system is inefficient and many lost their items. They charge you wherever they can. My safety was not a concern for them. BIG RED FLAG ^^ Coyotes very prevalent in the area, too. I will miss my balcony, that's about it!
