Es un lugar que jamás recomendaría, pésimo lugar para vivir en muy malas condiciones nos entregaron un departamento muy sucio y al final de nuestro contrato no devolvieron el deposito por que según ellos teníamos que repararlo. nosotros devolvimos en las mismas condiciones que ellos es más hasta lo limpiamos y lavamos
The mangers do not care about anything you report to them and when you go to the office to r report a problem they act like they don’t work there they will give you replies like “ I’m not sure what to do” very unprofessional but when they’re is a fine they make sure to take the money asap. I’ve been waiting for them to fix my dryer that they forced me to take from them I had my own brand new one but they made me take theirs now that it’s not working they are taking WEEKS to come fix it. Absolutely the most horrible place to live. If you like "da hood" with a price of "the gulch" then this is the place to come. Painted over cockroaches, black mold, smell of weed all the time, gun shots, hearing conversations in the next apartment not to mention screaming and shouting of kids, floor warping, unable to wash dishes from sink due to having to reach over dishwasher door and hurting yourself, not to mention doors falling off hinges. I don’t know if the folks at Residences of StoneBrook were aiming for "luxury living," but they definitely hit the mark for "survival training." If you're looking for an adventure where the stakes are literally your life, welcome home! First off, let’s talk about the "security." There’s apparently a sign at the entrance that says "We have security!" — which is basically like putting a sign on a wooden fence that says "We have an impenetrable fortress!"
