Move in at your own risk—— The real issue comes down to maintenance and the upkeep of their apartments. Our first sign to not move in should of been that our first unit the day of move in was “uninhabitable” and they offered us different units to move into instead of the original. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER, NO MATTER WHAT! This place is a joke of a living community. From the leasing office staff to the useless amenities: pure joke. I’ve been living here for maybe 3 years, unfortunately, and I can’t recall one positive interaction I’ve had with the leasing staff in that office. They are rude as hell and dismissive. This place seems perfect on the outside, but on the inside its the complete opposite. my boyfriend and i moved here in may of this year and we havent had a working dishwasher the entire time, no matter how much we ask them about it. the complex is COVERED in mold, its made so many of our belongings moldy already we’ve had to throw away so much(loads more than whats pictured below). upon moving in we also immediately noticed a brown recluse and roach infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE
It’s been about a week since I moved into Stonebrook Apartments. While some of the minor move-in issues have been fixed, the bigger problem here isn’t just maintenance—it’s the way management communicates (or doesn’t) with residents. They are always doing things to upgrade the apartments and the ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly I’ve been here four years and I do recommend these apartments for people who are interested
