Someone at this complex owns like 8 mini Coopers and is allowed to park them and let them sit for several weeks in prime parking spots right in front of the building. Most of us struggle to park our one car at this place, and someone is allowed to own multiple show cars hogging up good spots, and management does nothing about it. There is also a broken down old scooter that has been sitting for months in another good spot. This scooter has expired tags, broken hoses, and NO parking decal. The staff here's been great- always friendly and quick to help when I need something. Location's close to my work and my apartment has everything I need. Not sure some of the other reviews, but the gates works
Here's my advice: don't live here. These apartments are not built to last. They may look nice to the naked eye, but trust me when I say that they are not. They obviously used the cheapest materials that they possibly could when they constructed every building in the complex. The gate breaks multiple times a month and takes days to get fixed... which kind of defeats the purpose of a gated community. They are always outsourcing any maintenance to absolute idiots.
