I’ll agree with the previous bad reviews when saying if I could give this place negative stars I would. I’ll start from my day one move in date where our movers had to wait (and we had to pay more money) because they didn’t prepare the apartment prior to the move in and had to replace all the carpet the day of our move in. Our master bedroom shower drain was clogged causing massive back up and slow drainage, and the maintenance took their time correcting that problem. If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. Living at Springfield Station has been the worst rental experience of my life—hands down. From day one, it’s been nothing but problems, and the property management team makes it abundantly clear that they do not care about their residents in the slightest. I moved in to a literal rat’s nest in my closet—yes, a rat’s nest. To make things worse, I had to remove it myself because maintenance couldn’t be bothered to respond in a timely manner. To be honest, due to your helpful attitude from the very beginning, I completed the lease of my apartment in a very easy and hassle-free manner. I am very happy and satisfied and look forward to similar support and assistance in the future as well. Once again, many thanks to Mr. Mohib.
Awful management! Don’t go here at all because they will throw your trash “ out 2” times away. Per week lol and their entrance never ever works my sister lived here before.
