I recently toured this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had already read several negative reviews online, but I wanted to be my own judge and give the property a fair chance. It has been a frustrating year for us with the management. We have reccuring toilet and bath issue overflowing again and again. Recently they allowed us to transfer mid lease in a new apartment waiving all the fees but besides that we are spending and doing all the effort to move. Just today our bath overflown again and cannot shower. I went to the gym but the shower has no heater. I called management and they said i have to wait for them to fix it. I’ll keep it simple. We live on the first floor and have lived here 2 years. Our toilet is clogged at least once every couple months. Through no fault of our own as confirmed by maintenance during the multiple times they have unclogged it. 2 of those times the toilet overflowed and flooded the living room floor and bedroom floor. Which they had to bring in contractors to dry the moisture and replace the whole bedroom carpet and also clean the unit.
