RecommendedI previously lived here while working at contract at St. Vincent Infirmary throughout 2017. Never really had any problems and, if I did, they quickly responded.

Lease Here! I had the pleasure of calling this place home for 4 years. The new team, led by Lee Ann, really makes it feel like home by showing the interest and compassion needed to consider it home. I am the type of resident that never needs or sees the staff not even to pay rent. However, I feel like they are always there if i do need something. That gives me so much peace of mind!!

I've loved the privacy and security here. I've never felt unsafe. The management (Matt) has been wonderful. All the workers are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to all traveling nurses it's very close to the hospitals. I worked nights and never had any problems with sleeping during the day and getting my rest. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been here for 4 months so far and I have loved it from the very beginning! The office staff is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a secure apartment complex, located right by the downtown area. It’s a very quiet place with no noise from neighbors. I’m so glad I found this place! Would definitely recommend.

Horrible Place to live, not secure as the door codes do not work all the time, Property management changed four times while a resident. Dryer broke three times while a resident, was charged huge fees upon move out, even though stains had previously been in the apartment carpet, but weren't notated in my file. Was told by previous staff that security cameras do not work, code access entrances are often left open or propped. Swimming Pool only gets sun for a few hours of the days and is often dirty.
