The only thing "luxury" about this place is the price. Avoid living anywhere near the third floor of Building A2 (the first building nearest the first driveway). Or else you'll have to deal with obnoxiously loud visitors and parties on a weekly basis. Police were out here in December. The hallways, stairway, trash room haven't been cleaned since I've lived here. Strange people loitering in the parking lot. Nearly no parking spaces. What a huge mistake I've made.

(Resident of 4/20-7/20) I had quite the issues living in the studio apartment. First of all, there was a lot of mold above my shower on the vent; a hazard to my health. The sink had a reeking smell and when I dumped the P trap the most out of this world black substance came out. I flushed it and felt that in itself was nasty to have to put it in the pipes. When my AC went out the first time it took 1-2 weeks to get an HVAC specialist during the hot summer. When it worked again I was greatful, then it went out again about a m... read more
RecommendedI visit a friend that lives in this community regularly. she is in a upgraded unit and it is BEAUTIFUL! Cindy the manager is so sweet! I ran into her a couple times while I was visiting. The outside could use some landscaping but overall a lovely place.
Staff isn’t friendly when you call

This has, by far, has been such a great experience. I was really dreading having to move....until I went to The Residences at Riverdale. I cannot express how grateful I am for my home. I love the manager! She is what made me chose this place as my home. I will be referring my friends to Lee Ann. Thank you for being so helpful.
