I really enjoyed living here for 1.5 years for many reasons! -Staff: Responsive and transparent about any billing questions. Send out emails to all residents regarding concerns to fix. Maintenance was speedy, helpful, friendly, and always managing the grounds! -Mail/Packages: Never lost anything or had something stolen. David was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He listened attentively, answered all of my questions, and made the tour enjoyable. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend working with David if you’re looking for your next home.
Upsetting to say the least. Staff was nice and so was maintance... until I received a debt collection months after moving. Come to find out they mailed it to them selves even though they had my new address. Don't bother filling holes left from tv mounts (they'll charge you anyways). Cockroaches and wolf spiders hangout in the cracks of the doors. Thick walls but paper like ceilings. While construction was happening the crew that decided to fill in the crack between two pavers with a filament never marked the area off. My dog... read more
