When I moved in in 2025, the staff were responsive and helpful, although my mattress somehow went missing from the mailroom. Unfortunately, the experience declined significantly in 2026. The internet became slower, and during one week, the building-wide smoke alarms went off falsely several times. There was also a smoke detector test conducted without any advance notice. My energy-efficient, blackout curtains installed on the morning following my request, by Saeed. Great service! Also heard power washers cleaning areas today, when my requests for power washing went unheard by my former landlord. So glad I moved!
I really enjoyed living here for 1.5 years for many reasons! -Staff: Responsive and transparent about any billing questions. Send out emails to all residents regarding concerns to fix. Maintenance was speedy, helpful, friendly, and always managing the grounds! -Mail/Packages: Never lost anything or had something stolen. David was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He listened attentively, answered all of my questions, and made the tour enjoyable.
