I am writing to share my experience during a recent tour. The leasing agent was extremely helpful and welcoming, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. She went above and beyond to show me several units, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with the layout and features of the units at The Henri. Based on my experience, I am truly looking forward to becoming a future resident. Thank you again, Madison, for your outstanding assistance.

I am in my new apartment. The team was very helpful! Yasaman, especially, went above and beyond to move the process forward…providing excellent customer care, a high level of professionalism and great communication. To the entire team — Yasaman, Alyssa, Da’jah, Andy and the others — THANK YOU for the role each of you played in making my move to the Residences at Pike and Rose a pleasant one. Much appreciated!!!! I'm a new tenant in building . I've been here for days. They didn't explain to us where to park. They know our English isn't the best. They were nice only before we signed a contract. The day after we signed, they towed the mechanicals out of the building. I had to pay $350 to get them out. The answer and attitude I received was the lowest I've ever received. If I didn't have that, I would have left today. I don't recommend it.
