I am writing to share my experience during a recent tour. The leasing agent was extremely helpful and welcoming, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. She went above and beyond to show me several units, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with the layout and features of the units at The Henri. I'm a new tenant in building . I've been here for days. They didn't explain to us where to park. They know our English isn't the best. They were nice only before we signed a contract. The day after we signed, they towed the mechanicals out of the building. I had to pay $350 to get them out. The answer and attitude I received was the lowest I've ever received. If I didn't have that, I would have left today. I don't recommend it.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Yasaman Torbati at The Henri Pike & Rose during my leasing process, and I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, dedication, and kindness. My experience was non-traditional as I applied for my unit through the MPDU program rather than the standard leasing process.
