Too noisy Too many issues with noisy neighbors and management inaction to enjoy anymore. Was a nice place at first but has gone drastically downhill since covid.

Verified Renter I have been living here for several years and think it's the best apartment building in Chicago. Very convenient with easy access to Mariano, pharmacies and other necessities, which is especially important during this pandemic time.

Verified Renter The building is amazing, great amenities and very clean. It is not all 20somethings partying at all hours and is geared towards working adults or families which is what I wanted. I hope it contintues to be a real community.
