If you’re looking for a nice community, great environment for a family/couple, close to Kansas City this is it! The amenities are great, staff is amazing and apartments are very comfortable: nice finishes, clean, lots of light. Ps: it’s pet friendly too!
We have nothing but good things to say about Alexis and the rest of the staff at The Residences of Longview apartments. Everyone has been most helpful and responsive to all of our calls and emails. My father is really enjoying living at the apartments. Alexis was excellent!
Alexis Mellegard was great help with every question i had and a great personality in top of it all.
The staff is very welcoming, attentive, accommodating and provide excellent communication. The properties are very well maintained. Arianna was my leasing expert and has been nothing short of amazing every step in the process!
This review pertains to customer service prior to move in. The staff member I worked with was friendly, quick to respond, and professional. She worked with me to get the unit that I desired, given my needs. In fact, she gave me tours the year prior to my move date (I moved across country) and remembered me when I applied the following year. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is likely out of her control and is more about pricing policies at this apartment.
