This review pertains to customer service prior to move in. The staff member I worked with was friendly, quick to respond, and professional. She worked with me to get the unit that I desired, given my needs. In fact, she gave me tours the year prior to my move date (I moved across country) and remembered me when I applied the following year. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is likely out of her control and is more about pricing policies at this apartment. Alexis is awesome and very informative about everything with unit and complex she made sure my move in was smooth and can always answer any questions as needed
Stephanie helped me out tremendously when I first moved in! She even managed to hook me up with an apartment with a view! The staff here are really nice aswell, the amenities are great and it seems like ever other week the staff plan something that the residents can do like a pool party, gardening class or sometimes they just get a food truck to come by! Overall its a great place to call home.
Lived here for over 2 1/2 years now and every single person in the office has been extremely helpful and accommodating from the very first day I moved in. The maintenance staff is incredible as well and is always on top of things no matter the time of day.
I moved into an apartment here couple weeks ago and it’s been great! I had tremendous help from Arianna when I first checked out the place several months ago. Ari showed me the impressive new apt, awesome surrounding views and answered many questions. As I remote worked for quite awhile since then, Ari and Stephanie (assistant manager) have been extremely accommodating to work out a deal till I finally relocated recently from west coast.
