DO NOT RENT AT ANY COST: They are there to cheat their residents. As a resident for 3 years, by law I am allowed to terminate my lease early for relocation. They will charge you early termination fee against the law. Not only that, even though I've lived here for 3 years, they treat you as scum and charge you for damages due to wear and tear too. Peloton hasn't worked properly for almost a year. Other than that, I like living here.
Great place to live. High ceilings and large windows! Nice open floor plan. No car needed. Close to everything downtown. Premises are well maintained. Pool is 3’6” and good size. Plenty of seating. Staff friendly and helpful. Many amenities. I love watching my grandson and son-in-law play pool in the very large lounge.
The apartments themselves are lovely, and the staff are friendly, but there's ongoing construction directly in front of the building. The noise from the construction is incredibly disruptive, occurring from Monday to Saturday, sometimes starting as early as 6 a.m.! It's nearly impossible to tolerate living there with such loud noise. Adding to the disturbance, some apartments face a bar with live music on the weekends, further hindering peaceful sleep.
