The increase in parking cost from $149 to $173 a month is INSANE and greedy. The parking spots are cramped and there is no security at all. Paying this much a month for parking is ridiculous. Residents should at least receive a discount, considering how much rent is already.
DO NOT RENT AT ANY COST: They are there to cheat their residents. As a resident for 3 years, by law I am allowed to terminate my lease early for relocation. They will charge you early termination fee against the law. Not only that, even though I've lived here for 3 years, they treat you as scum and charge you for damages due to wear and tear too. We met with Brennan, who greeted us and showed us the apartment options and the great amenities at The Residences at Midtown Park. Brennan was a true professional who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the application and approval process. Anytime we had a question, Brennan would promptly answer. During the move in, the management team was also very helpful. The entire process from the initial apartment showing to actual move in was flawless thanks to the staff.
