I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all water is not included. The appliances are from the early 2000's , not stainless steel as promised. Parking is extremely limited some residents have 3+4 cars each apartment, never leave, unless you don't mind walking far from your building.I seen multiple people smoking cigarettes on their balcony even though it’s not allowed which is a lease violation. Samantha Olson is deceptive in her management of the properties and should be removed. There is a reason less people are renewing their leases and more people are leaving here.
