Residences at Little River is by far one of the best living communities around! I have been here a couple of years now and I love it. The grounds are meticulously kept, the maintenance crew is prompt, pleasant and very professional. Any issues are dealt with immediately. The ladies in the office are also very pleasant and approachable and extremely professional. Its been an absolute pleasure to live here. It is so quiet and peaceful and safe! I look forward to coming home to my sanctuary here every day!!
I love living here! It's very quiet and peaceful. Everyone I have met so far has been very friendly, especially Samantha Olsen. She is the best! Very helpful and so friendly. The maintenance team is also the best. I just renewed my lease, again. glad I found this place. This will be my fourth year here and I absolutely love it!! Thank you!!
Sam was so great and getting me into my new place in as little time as 24 hours. Sam's communication is quick, to the point, and courteous. Sam also gave me a list of who to contact for my utilities and WIFI, and I have never had anyone do that for me. When I had one hiccup in my application process she was kind enough to help solve it. I love my new apartment, and I enjoyed cooking my first meal last night in my new home.
We are very happy here. It is quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. Samantha and Colby take care of all our requests and questions and are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you
