They are not luxury (of course that depends on one’s perspective). The office and maintenance staff are responsive and the lawn maintenance is A+. I feel they are overpriced for what they are and able to get their current rates due to the housing market. Overall nice place to live.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all water is not included. The appliances are from the early 2000's , not stainless steel as promised. Parking is extremely limited some residents have 3+4 cars each apartment, never leave, unless you don't mind walking far from your building.I seen multiple people smoking cigarettes on their balcony even though it’s not allowed which is a lease violation.
