A zero star review would have described this office staff more efficiently. We have had issues with the office staff Savannah and Rebekah and the front desk individuals not adhering to our concerns as residents. Due to the carelessness of the staff’s unaccountably, we are sent to collections for a payment they never proceed on our behalf. I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I paid my balance in full before the deadline, but the leasing office failed to process my payment correctly. Because of their administrative error, my account was sent to ProCollect and a collection account was reported on my credit report. I contacted both the apartment management and ProCollect multiple times, but neither was willing to correct the mistake or take responsibility.
