Harlan Flats has been a great place to live. The apartments are modern and well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the Riverfront location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, making the overall living experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
I lived here for 3 years and had a positive experience. It's a clean, safe place to live. Dustin and Annie and Ms. Murphy are all lovely.
Great place to live in Wilmington, Delaware! We lived in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, loved the split layout and in-unit full size laundry area. Nice big windows let in lots of light and we were lucky enough to have a balcony for the afternoon sun. Pool and grill were a big plus, along with the gym, resident lounge, business center and concierge service. Dustin and Annie were always a pleasure to work with, assuring the safety and positive living experience for the residents.
Lived here for 3 years. Had its troubles initially. Last year or so, the fire alarm issues were resolved, so it’s been quite nice. Management was always kind.
