There is a ground lot across the street for $140/month, and an attached parking garage for $200/month, which seems to be the standard here in downtown. The units are spacious for the price with standard modern appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer.

My son recently moved into this apartment, and we’ve been very pleased so far. The location is excellent, making it convenient for everyday needs. The apartment itself is spacious, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is how well-built the unit is — the walls are thick, so you hardly notice any noise from neighbors, which is a huge plus. The residences at Hanna was clean and quiet when entering. Very cool area, centrally located in playhouse square. Jacob was very nice to talk too. He met us outside and walked us in to make sure we found it ok. He was efficient and excited to tour, you can tell he has passion for his building and residents the way he talks about it all. Great place.
First, I would like to say that Jacob @ Hanna is so incredibly easy to talk to. Once I walked in the office, and told him what I was looking for, my budget, and being new to the area what my possible needs could be he immediately got to work. He showed me a few units and at the end I was dead set on a unit at the Hanna, but he suggested I take a look at other K&D properties at Terminal Tower.
