-0 out of 10. 1st and foremost a lease was falsified in my aunts name. Initially she agreed to go on lease with me then backed out which she has every right too. The property management at the time said that it was fine, I was approved applicant by myself. Went forward with lease. The water & lights were supposed to be included and according to PM they were never over $100. WRONG! I ended up paying extra 3-4 every month which was out of my budget. I’ve had a great experience living at the Hanna! The property manager, Joy, has been incredibly helpful, from the move-in process to making sure everything in my unit runs smoothly. When there was an issue with high water usage due to my toilet, she even caught it and called me to see if maintenance could take a look. Maintenance is always quick, and the lobby and hallways are consistently clean. Looking to move next year toured The Residences at Hanna and absolutely loved the location, community and building. The Residences at Hanna was veryyy clean, smelled great and extremely quiet while in the suites and walking the halls. The young lady Joy in the office was very knowledgeable and I loved her personality. She makes you feel very welcomed and even gives you a folder with all the information she went over during the tour! She made me even more excited to sell my house and move downtown.
Hanna Residency has been my home for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with everything it offers. From the comfortable living spaces to the excellent amenities, every aspect of this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. The management team is attentive and responsive, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation.
