Jacob and K & D thank you for a great 7 month stay at Residences at Hanna. I rented the apartment month to month, fully finished, which made my stay possible. You and your staff were great, so helpful, and responsive. I hope I can come back and visit month to month sometime soon as necessary. Jacob you're a pro. I really appreciate you and how well you run the building. I'll miss Cleveland in the meantime, which is a city with real character.
-0 out of 10. 1st and foremost a lease was falsified in my aunts name. Initially she agreed to go on lease with me then backed out which she has every right too. The property management at the time said that it was fine, I was approved applicant by myself. Went forward with lease. The water & lights were supposed to be included and according to PM they were never over $100. WRONG! I ended up paying extra 3-4 every month which was out of my budget.
