The Hanna building is a really nice place to live - I lived in a modern spacious 1 bedroom apartment during my time as a downtown resident. The staff was friendly, and its location is convenient to Heinens for groceries down the road. The small convenience store and Starbucks in the building is also a plus. If you're looking for a sweet apartment, you definitely gotta check this place out. 10/10 would recommend!
I've been living at the Hanna for about a year now, and I absolutely love it. Joy & staff have been very welcoming and easy to work with during my time here. In the rare chance that you may have an issue with the room, Josh and the maintenance staff are super quick to fix any issues. Overall, the Hanna has been a great place to live due to its central location and the welcoming staff!
Hanna Residency has been my home for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with everything it offers. My honest opinions while living here: inside the building is cleaned pretty regularly. Joy (the property manager) is very nice and so is the maintenance man. Maintenance is very quick to fix things. The parking garage was a pain to get a parking spot and kind of expensive for residents. The parking lot across the street, I refuse to park at because my truck got broken into, twice (window broken). Overall, if they made it cheaper and easier for residents to park, it would be a 5 star for me!
Been here a year now. I give it 4 stars because of lack of convenience. The only reason I haven’t moved is because I can’t find anywhere that beats their market rent but still spacious. I love my apartment itself but hate the area. The maintenance is extremely fast and responsive. Joy the property manager is awesome. She’s a sweetheart. I loved this place upon my move in.
