Had a great move-in experience working w/ Chyann, the apartment is great and I'm looking forward to living here.
I wish the below was still true. Communication after move in lessens. Maintenance is lazy and lies about what they do - told me they stayed in my apartment for the cycle of the dishwasher and was there less than 10 mins. Have called regarding this dishwasher 4-5 times since move in 3-16. Doors on cabinets aren’t aligned properly, blinds are broke and falling off and piece between cabinet and stove is unsecure. Everything was going well at first . Now they under new management and they have rude people working at the leasing office that don’t nothing for they residents . Since they switch Management everything went down hill , they don’t do anything for loud neighbors , put maintenance request in they don’t do handle it till weeks later . When Tee was running this property everything was organized and in order ! They also be adding fees for no reason everything is already high as is . Definitely don’t recommend !
Been living here since May water bill is high bathtub is leaking water been complaining for going on 4 months no one is fixing it if I could give no stars I would rental office doesn’t call back or do anything update urine and feces filled up in the bathtub sink and the toilet overflow with sewage called emergency maintenance all night and nothing was done maintenance came out to fix it and he didn’t know what he was doing save yourself the trouble don’t move here
