I've never lived in an apartment so this was a big adjustment for me. We moved here from PA and didn't have time to look at places. Maddie was very helpful in the process she did a video call with us to tour the apartment. We had a few repairs that needed to be done while we've been here to which they were handled and fixed very quickly.
