Over priced, had to clean my apartment before i moved in, toilet seats look like they should of been replaced years ago, air vents are disgusting, sloppy paint job has paint all over floors, very noisy from midnight to 4am. As well as a cockroach infestation that they claim they keep spraying for. They want to charge over 1500 and 2 months more of rent to leave. Really Amazing place to live so far. Been here a couple months and all maintenance requests have been resolved quickly and hassle free. The ladies at the leasing office are great as well as the maintenance staff. All very professional, friendly, and comfortable to approach in my experience. Neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly. Very few smoking/weed smells outdoors which is a huge plus There are many people here with dogs but maintenance works really hard to keep the grounds clean and take seriously cleaning up aft... read more

Welp I know where I’ll be staying once I put my house for sale, Evergreen at 5 points, apts., are awesome, very clean bug free, all appliance are up too date and much much more, I really don’t have time to wright a page
