The service that we received from Olivia and Maddie at Evergreen at five points was absolutely amazing from the first phone call! They were very helpful and quick to respond to any phone calls and emails that we had about apartments available. When we arrived at the property ,they were very polite and professional and worked us in for a tour of the facility and answered all of our questions about renting an apartment. If you are looking for an apartment in Valdosta , I recommend that you go and see them!
We have lived at Evergreen for 4 years and have loved every second. Maddie and Olivia, who work at the front desk, go out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. The Evergreen team is very fortunate to have both of these ladies as members of their staff. They go above and beyond expectations. As far as the complex goes, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to live in this area.

Evergreen at Five Points is truly an incredible property. From the moment I walked in, the office staff has been incredibly welcoming and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
