NOISY: My upstairs neighbors allow their child to run back and forth indoors for hours at a time. It sounds like a stampede. Whoever built these apartment homes did not take noise into consideration when constructing the units. You can hear everything! I am being told by staff members that noise is okay as long as it is not during quiet hours (early morning and late at night). I am being disturbed during quiet hours and throughout the day. Had okay friendly staff, however they highway rob you for having a pet. Non refundable fees when you move in, recommend looking at all options before renting here. Never paid rent late, closed on a house upon move out and gave a weeks heads up I would pay rent one day after the day they charge fees. They were aware and said okay... but still placed a note in open form to all see... will be forced to vacate in 3 days for non payment! RecommendedI’m not normally one for reviews, but if you plan on moving to Idaho Falls, don’t consider anywhere else before The Residence!! The staff is extremely helpful and super easy to talk to about any question you could possibly have! You wouldn’t just be moving here for the kind help here either, the apartments are stunning!! Between a year round hot tube, 24/7 gym, pet-friendly environment, and the beautiful floor plan I wouldn’t look anywhere else in town.
It’s a smart move to live in The Residences. The three ladies up front are the heart and soul of complex. The facility staff keep things running well and looking great. We are glad we made the choice to move in. Like us, you’ll realize it’s the smart move for you too!
