NOISY: My upstairs neighbors allow their child to run back and forth indoors for hours at a time. It sounds like a stampede. Whoever built these apartment homes did not take noise into consideration when constructing the units. You can hear everything! I am being told by staff members that noise is okay as long as it is not during quiet hours (early morning and late at night). I am being disturbed during quiet hours and throughout the day.
