I lived here for nearly five years (Aug2020-Jul2025) and left it just how I found it. It was a new build when I moved in and I was the only tenant. I moved in during Lockdown, so I didn't get a chance to see it in person before picking up the keys. It was smaller than I was expecting. Still, having brand new everything was fantastic. Great area. My biggest mistake was renewing my lease here. I have repeatedly reported out-of-control activities to the management office — my car has been broken into and items stolen. Homeless individuals cook on the stairways, charge their phones, and openly use drugs like syringes and pipes in the middle of the day. We have reported tools left behind that are used to break into doors. But this last incident was the breaking point. We are fed up, and we can no longer live in peace. My family is in danger. The maintenance staff at Escaya are amazing. Caesar always so accommodating with a pleasant attitude and Robert also . They work hard and always come with a smile! Vanessa in the rental office is so pleasant to work with ! She takes her time to explain everything to me with patience. Also thanks Samantha for the times Vanessa wasn’t there. We applied there had some screening issues. We put the $500 holding deposit down and we've yet to receive our refund back. No one answer's. Highly unprofessional. Yes it's a nice property but if you don't get in. You'll never see your $500 back
