The maintenance staff at Escaya are amazing. Caesar always so accommodating with a pleasant attitude and Robert also . They work hard and always come with a smile! Vanessa in the rental office is so pleasant to work with ! She takes her time to explain everything to me with patience. Also thanks Samantha for the times Vanessa wasn’t there. We applied there had some screening issues. We put the $500 holding deposit down and we've yet to receive our refund back. No one answer's. Highly unprofessional. Yes it's a nice property but if you don't get in. You'll never see your $500 back
They decided to have maintenance enter our apartment homes today, which is Juneteenth (a federal holiday). They put a notice on our door yesterday informing us that they will be entering our apartments. Usually they give us a week or so notice in advance, but this time it was 24hrs. The reason was to make sure there was no flooding and that all appliances were working properly, which I find very interesting.
