I have been here over a year and happy to say the staff has always been great and friendly. The maintenance team is amazing. They both work so hard and are very efficient in taking care of any issues.

We are glad we chose The Residences at Escaya as our home. The maintenance team, Jorge & Cesar are amazing! They are friendly & prompt in responding to our work order ~ electrical & washing machine. It has been great living here. Thank you for your excellent service!
We’ve been here for a while, maybe one of first three residents. Since then, every time we needed assistance or help, George (or Jorge) has been very helpful and quick to respond. He is very pleasant and professional in what he does. Has a smiling face whenever you run into him in the apartment complex. I would give him and his partner Cesar the highest review one can get. More power and thank you very much!
We have had the pleasure of working with Jorge and Cesar from the maintenance department of the Residences at Escaya on several occasions. Whenever we have had any concerns or issues that needed attention, they were always prompt with their assistance. They were both efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.
