Update: By the time I move, I will have lived at Escaya for nearly 5yrs. I was the first to live in my unit. It's my second (and hopefully last) apt with no roommates/subleasing. PROS: Chase (leasing office) seems like a good kid. He tries to be helpful, respectful, and understanding. Was considering Escaya, ended up living closer to home but for the few days I spoke to this property, specifically Chase, I felt so at home. Immediate responses quick and easy phone calls and the leasing process was so simple. I’m big on customer service and the service here alone was almost enough for me to stay. Units are new and gorgeous, I will definitely take this place if I am ever in the area again.
Ms. Vanessa and Chase were extremely patient and helpful with my problem while I was deployed. Both of them were excellent while helping my family figure out the situation and finding a solution.
