Since the new property management company took over, Enso has completely fallen apart. What used to be a super decent place with the most professional, kind, and helpful management and leasing team has turned into an exercise in indifference. If they address the front desk staff, events and extra fees I would give 5 stars. Pros: the property is beautiful - walking paths, pool and community center, its very dog friendly, apartments are quiet and maintenance staff is extremely professional and responsive. Cons: one of the girls at front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is hurting Enso’s business. The events are subpar for the community fees charged. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Residences at Enso. What started as a wonderful first impression completely deteriorated due to poor management, lack of cleanliness, and hidden fees.Here are the main reasons why this place deserves a 1-star rating:Hidden Fees & Unclear Billing: For the first three months, we paid our rent, a $74 maintenance fee, and our actual electricity usage.
