Great place to live. Units are maintained & roomier than most places in the area. No garage’s but there’s a pool!
Maintenance has always been quick to fix everything & Eileen is the sweetest leasing manager. She really takes care of you!
Moved here in early August and the manager worked with me to get moved into a room ASAP (quick turn from the folks leaving). I have had no issues while living here and the location was great as well. I have not needed to use the maintenance crew but I have seen them out and about keeping up the grounds and running other jobs.
The Residencies at Cypress Reserve in Fort Walton Beach is a well run, upscale complex in a beautiful naturally setting. Mary Weighnecht, the Complex Manager is energetic, dedicated and very knowledgeable making the entire rental process run very smoothly. She and the maintenance staff are very quick to address and fix any problems that may arise.
