Saw a guy who works there scream bloody murder at a little old lady having trouble moving her car in a storm! This place will tow ur car if you don’t move it at 3am when it snows. They make you ALLL move your cars to BLOCK the exit to the location when it snows forcing everybody to be TRAPPED in the parking lot!!! It’s absolutely absurd and dangerous! The staff are so quick to get you in when you have money but once you’re in they won’t ever help you again and r severely understaffed!! BEWARE
The leasing process was great, as are both the property manager and maintanence. I submitted a maintanence request and it was completed the next day! My 1 bedroom is very nice, with tons of natural light. Parking is good, with wide spaces and plenty of them. Some areas of the carpet are a little worn, but they clean them really well before you move in, and they even do preventative maintainence on the building regularly, including cleaning the hall carpets.
