I been living here for 6 years . New management (Jessica) ontop of everything. One call and issue get seen too, the maintainance( Ajanndre )very friendly with a feed back call aswel. The location just perfect with everything you need close by.
The best part of living here is that I am now a morning person. Never thought I would be but weekly when the fire alarm goes off randomly at 4 am for an hour it motivates me to get out of bed and start my day. No Alarm clock need! However it is not just in the mornings. On a zoom call at 2 pm, eating dinner, working, cooking, really just living in your apartment I can promise you will have the blaring fire alarm as your background noise constantly. Fire alarm going off for hour and half currently 6:30 am.
My son is looking for a place in the area but after reading the reviews.....no thanks! Sounds like the management office is NOT being run properly. Also, to the management, of a resident takes the time to write a review at least have the courtesy to write EACH person individually and NOT a canned response.
