Fantastic so far I recently moved in and I can't be happier. The only thing better than the building, its location, amenities, etc. are the staff. Shawna and Vanessa are are amazing! They helped make the move in process as convenient as possible, they went out of their ways to take calls and so much more. I haven't had to deal with any maintenance issues yet but from what I've been told, it should be just as easy and convenient for that as it was moving in.

You can do better than this building This building is not safe. There are no security cameras at all. Our storage units were robbed and management did not tell us for several days. They also did not respond to multiple follow up communication attempts. The fire alarm goes off all the time in the middle of the night because people pull it. Management has no ability to stop this problem. Parking is very very expensive and you are kicked out of the garage two weeks per year. I wish I could rate this building 0 stars. The building staff are unprofessional, unorganized, and rarely answer emails and phone messages timely or even at all at times. We have had 4 false fire alarms since moving in, 3 of which were in the middle of the night between 1 and 3 am. Families were out in the street at night with their pets and kids. People had work in the morning and got no sleep. Because this happens so frequently, people have stopped taking the alarms seriously which is a safety hazard. We have paid $15/mont... read more

Its Chill For The Most Part My apartment complex is nice, it's just pool-less and needs to be upgraded. There are several apartment complexes around the same area that are undergoing renovations, and ours seems to be the last in line. My complex does offer income restricted possibilities but the way prices are inflating in Colorado, it doesn't seem to be much of a help!
