The apartment itself is amazing. It has gas and running water into rent included. No issues so far other than the neighbors who let there children litter and I feel bad for the maintenance crew that pick it all up. But my big issue is Apt J13 always lets there dog run loose and it has bitten dogs and other people. The dogs name is Waffles and it’s never on a leash. This place has been a really good experience for me. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I wish that there would be something done about the parking situation there simply isn’t enough parking at night if you come home very late at night good luck finding a parking spot we have to put are cars further out on the open run way to risk the possibility of getting are cars hit.
