My only complaint is customer service at the office when Wendy or the other young lady that speaks Spanish is not available or there . the times I have been to the office there are long lines and the English speaking agents or staff are just sitting there one young lady that sits in the back corner she is always on her phone she walks in and out of the office on her phone and doesn’t even try to attend anyone she has attitude with us residents and we even notice it with her own workers and when a Spanish speaking staff membe... read more

Brookside Apartments is in serious need of improvement, and the current condition of the property is unacceptable for residents who pay to live here. The roads throughout the complex are in terrible condition, with numerous potholes that make driving difficult and potentially damaging to vehicles. The property is also frequently dirty and poorly maintained, which gives the entire community a neglected and unsafe appearance.
