This place is wonderful. When I am in Asheville I will be staying here. Let me say that every member of the staff team is phenomenal. They make you feel like family. It was clean even the laundry facilities, which some hotels neglect. The rates were the best in Asheville for quality and service. Not to mention the location is only minutes from downtown, a hilly walk or a quick drive will get you there. Thank you Ms. Sarah for being a warm and welcoming presence in the morning time. 1st time experience at the Residence was really impressive. It was easy to find. Large rooms, with comfy beds and pillows. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchens. Quiet and close to town and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Use of the jacuzzi was the best. So relaxing. Enjoyed our time at the Residence and hope to go back again.

TLDR: Blood and yellow stains on bedsheets and towels. Mattress hard as a rock. I had high hopes for the hotel upon arrival, at first glace the rooms are nicely decorated and have all the amenities of an apartment. However, the experience quickly spiraled upon closer inspection. When we got ready to go to bed we discovered old blood and large faded yellow stains on the fitted sheet. We immediately went to the office for a replacement, but only a security guard was on duty and he brought us the wrong size. I was too exhausted... read more
