Great place to stay when you have someone in the hospital.
Our experience at The Residences at Biltmore was very disappointing. The room was not clean, debris and dust were visible under the sofa, and a spider actually came down from the ceiling onto my wife. The overall atmosphere felt more like public housing than a hotel. We decided to check out and relocate to another hotel the same day.
Very conveniently located in the Biltmore/Arts District. Very nice, clean suite. Quiet and well equipped for our stay. On site restaurant was very good. The beds were a bit firm, but that's a personal preference - I wouldn't dock a star for it. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Diamond of a spot here for those who desire a little more home style comfort than a normal hotel. I dont recall yh4 gentleman's name whom checked us is. But he was exceptionally kind. I was passing threw on tour with the band 1916 who played last night in Ashville.
We always make a point to overnight here on our way back and forth from Cincy to Kiawah. We've stayed (exclusively) here at least 4x/year for 10 years. The Residences at Biltmore offer great, spacious units, gorgeous grounds, and lovely balconies to decompress after a long drive. Most importantly, the team - Absolutely outstanding!
