As someone who works in luxury hospitality (I know, here we go), it’s only habit for me to check every nook and cranny. Let’s start at the beginning…excellent customer service at check in. Knowledgeable and friendly. Get to the room and I was curious if I’d see any water damage from the hurricane as stated in other posts. The 1 bedroom suite was spotless and exactly as advertised!
