We drove over 500 miles looking forward to our stay, but it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting, there was a strong moldy smell, the blinds were falling apart, and the couch was tattered and worn out and threads sticking out. This was supposed to be the bed our kids were to be sleeping on. That drew line for us. This was nothing like the "luxury lodge" advertised on the website. See comments below. I was very disappointed with the staff and customer service and would not recommend room 425 or any room though it was clean, refrigerator made no ice. Long trip to stay in a nice room, reasonable, however this is not a lodge and don’t bring a trailer with you. Be prepared to walk with no assistance and very rude staff
The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived. The restaurant and bar were also closed for food. Neither were disclosed which was unfortunate. The room was fantastic.
Booked a studio room with a queen bed and twin sofa bed. Room 331. It was nice having a full kitchen as we stayed there 4 nights. The unit was not very clean though, including what looked like a year’s worth of dust and grime on top of the fridge. The toilet frequently did not fill on its own and my husband would have to take the top of the tank off and manually reset the stopper so it would fill.
