Great place to live. Apartments with laundry are beautiful. Garage option is wonderful. Grounds are well maintained. The package room is so convenient. Melissa , Sam and Hanh in the office are exceptional. Very helpful and cordial at all times. Nice place to call home.
My husband and I moved into the Residences at 299 in 2016 after selling our house. The location is convenient and quiet and the staff is friendly, professional and attentive to the needs of residents. The apartments are modern and quiet with excellent amenities; pool, fitness center and outdoor grills. There is a community atmosphere here with occasional food trucks, holiday celebrations and pool parties. I can't imagine living any where else.
My husband and I love living at 299 Colt Highway, the location, property, amenities and the staff are wonderful and truly make living here an enjoyable experience. Hanh, Sam and Melissa are an amazing team and will address any issues/problems you may encounter while living on the property.
