Been living here for the last few years and it has been a good experience. Mary and Rico have been superstars in helping us out with a number of concerns and questions. They're both attentive, helpful, and friendly, definitely recommend :)

I've been living here for about 3.5 years and I've got a good idea of the pros and cons. First, the office management team are super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when you need something. Overall, they're awesome people, especially Mary and Rico. One thing that could definitely use improvement is the pest situation. The building does do yearly treatments, but those have been postponed the last couple of years due to renovations. That said, the renovations themselves have been a big improvement.
