The Arbors at Shelburne has been an incredible experience. My dad has been a resident for almost 6 months. He enjoys the many activities and they even started a men’s group when he got there… He really enjoys that… The staff there is genuinely caring and very skilled. They take the time to listen to my dad and keep him engaged socially and make sure he’s comfortable. They get Alzheimer's and Dementia!!! The Arbors treats all their Residences With dinigty and respect. They don't Blame the. Patient for the disease. Dad has only been here a short time , but what a diffrence from other places we have been in that Promised so much...and delivered so little.

After experience with 2 other memory centers The Arbors has so far demonstrated that they provide the respect, love and quality of care that I expected from the beginning. They do so much more than meeting basic needs. Love them all
My dad unfortunately died shortly after but he was on hospice a long time. The staff was incredible my dad was brought to activities and when the end was near they put a radio in his room with music. They invited us to spend the night. It is the best place! They exceed the compassion norm. And in my situation Bayada was there amd cannot say enough good about them.
The nurses and staff take wonderful care of our father. He is never bored and is very happy. Thank you!
