I love it here! It's so beautiful close to amazing hikes and the river, it's quiet and when I requested maintenance they got back to me ASAP! So far good experience, it's totally worth the price:) and the management is super upbeat and friendly!
Need to do something about the invasive scotch thistle and knapweed going to seed on the Government Way side of this development. We neighbors care!
Feb 15, 2015: I have had the worst experience from living in this community. For the amount of rent that I pay I expect a little more from the management here. Since moving in, I have had multiple problems with maintenance requests, noise issues, garages and parking, etc. I have put in many maintenance requests and each time I get no response and no results.
