1-Star Review – The Residence at Old Hickory Lake / Avanti Residential This place completely fell apart after Avanti Residential took over mid-lease. Crime went up, cars were broken into, and I even recorded a woman being arrested right outside my door. Management constantly sent emails promising repairs and upgrades that never happened when they said and it was a constant shift of never knowing if we were going to be inconvenienced.
