RecommendedI moved into The Residence At Old Hickory in April and have LOVED living here so much. The complex is clean and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is so helpful and lovely as well. Thank you so much ROHL for this beautiful place I get to call home.

Thought that it would be a nice place to live after retiring. it's all young people partying, can't enjoy and relax at the pool or go to the weight room.

Marquest and Meeah are great management professionals. They go out of their way to address any problems or concerns that you may have immediately. I’ve seen several changes in management and so far they’re the best.
The staff are great. Meeha was extremely delightful to work with as I was moving from Ohio to Nashville for a new job. She made it as stress free as possible. I love my new apartment, its location and the amenities. The pool/sundeck area is gorgeous and relaxing. Marquest is a great PM! Beautiful location.
5 stars! Meeah is my absolute fav, I was won over with this place while transitioning from DC to Nashville. They were the only apartment complex that went over and beyond. They even skype me to show the apartments, that way I was comfortable. I am so grateful for them. till this day, there customer service is top notch!
The complex is way overpriced. Yes the lake is here but I would advise potential residents to consider paying reasonable rent somewhere else and driving to the lake on occassion. I don't think the construction is good, with ongoing problems with leaking pipes. Management changes every few months so it's hard to tell who/what the problem is. As expensive as rent is here, you would think there would be a classier clientele. Nope - same problems as other complexes. This place is stunning! The amenities are awesome and the interiors of the apartments are beautifully designed. The entire staff is also extremely helpful and friendly!
