Get directionsAs someone who brings children into the Residence regularly through my Free-Range Kids program, this place holds a special spot for me. The setting is lovely, the staff is warm, and it's clear that residents are well cared for and genuinely engaged in life. What stands out most is the spirit of community collaboration — the openness to let something meaningful happen between generations. I’ve had the privilege of running an intergenerational music class here for the past year, and the team has been nothing but supportive, thoughtful, and open to trying new ideas. You can feel how deeply they care about creating meaningful experiences for their residents - they consistently advocate for what will bring joy, connection, and real engagement to the people who call this community home. A warm, resident-first place with genuinely thoughtful leadership and staff.

We had to take our father out after they kicked him out. They called the police on him many times and could not do their job. They just wanted to collect rent with no hassle. Most were unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all for someone with Alzheimer's. Most of the staff were rude and nasty. We placed our father in Windrose in Woburn and immediately noticed a positive within him. The staff was great in treating him and checking on him daily. The staff had a lot of respect and professionalism.
