I've lived in several places around Waco, and I can honestly say this is my favorite so far! The staff here are amazing - Julia and Mariah have been incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The location is perfect - it's super convenient to get to the Marketplace for shopping and dining, and if you need to hop on the highway, it's just minutes away.
