Living there was ok. When we moved out, we left the apartment clean. We cleaned the oven, never smoked cigarettes, and the carpet had no spill spots. Not only did they take the entire deposit, but there was an additional $500 in fees for things like storm drain, sewage, ozone (even though there was no smoke smell), and a bunch of admin fees from months before we ever moved out. Othe people I spoke with said they got charged a bunch of frivolous fees too. Shame on them if that's their way of making bonus money
I've lived her going on 2 years and I absolutely love my apartment. Its quiet and dog friendly. The maintenance crew has always handled my work orders even on the weekends. The pool is amazing staff is friendly the manager is awesome. I will be here years to come !!
The property is extremely nice and very well maintained. The staff is also very knowledgeable and kind, Julia helped us and was very patient and kind!

From the start, they were incredibly helpful with the application process and made moving in a breeze. Any time I’ve had a question or needed maintenance, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. Julia is always friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming community vibe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable living environment!
